Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees weekly using ADP and Workday platforms
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and deductions across all states
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports for executive team
- Support year-end processing and W-2 distribution
- Collaborate with HR on employee onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain compliance with federal and state labor regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP and/or Workday certification required
- Strong knowledge of multi-state tax laws
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
