Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and forecasting, to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and budgets to track performance against key metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of audits and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial reporting software (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
