Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to predict future trends and outcomes.
- Assist in the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with department heads to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for cost reduction or revenue enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
