Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ client accounts using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare month-end closing reports, bank reconciliations, and financial statements
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with CFOs to develop strategic financial insights
- Implement process improvements for accounting workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Experience with multi-state payroll systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
