Responsibilities
- Develop personalized financial plans for high-net-worth clients in Jersey City metro area
- Acquire new clients through strategic networking and digital marketing initiatives
- Manage investment portfolios with $5M+ AUM across diverse asset classes
- Conduct weekly client reviews to ensure portfolio alignment with financial goals
- Collaborate with our compliance team to maintain FINRA/SEC regulations
- Utilize our proprietary CRM system for client relationship management
- Participate in quarterly sales strategy sessions with senior leadership
Qualifications
- FINRA Series 7 & 66/63/65 certifications required
- 3+ years of financial advisory experience with proven track record
- Strong understanding of NJ financial regulations and tax implications
- Exceptional presentation skills for client workshops and seminars
- CFA or CFP designation preferred
- Proficiency in financial planning software (MoneyGuidePro, eMoney)
- Valid NJ state insurance license (life/health)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
