Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive credit reviews and analysis of loan applications and customer financial statements.
- Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential and existing clients by analyzing financial data, cash flow, and collateral.
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify early warning signs of delinquency or default.
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk assessment reports for management approval.
- Communicate credit decisions and terms directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to structure financing solutions that align with credit policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in credit analysis, underwriting, or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
