- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and tax documentation
- Manage payroll processing and employee expense reports
- Assist with audits and financial compliance requirements
- Provide client financial consultations and support
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop and MS Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Washington State bookkeeping certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
