Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Prepare financial statements and month-end reports
- Oversee sales tax filings and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate QuickBooks databases and financial records
- Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation
- Collaborate with CPAs on tax planning and financial strategy
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Experience with payroll processing and tax filings
