Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks and advanced Excel spreadsheets.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients promptly, ensuring timely collections.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Process payroll and ensure all tax filings are handled correctly and on time.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet strict weekly deadlines in a remote or hybrid setting.
