Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile weekend transactions across multi-currency accounts
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements for executive review
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor communications
- Conduct weekend bank reconciliations and fraud detection protocols
- Assist in month-end/year-end closing processes
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls
- Generate customized financial reports for department heads
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent accounting certification
- 3+ years experience in financial accounting or audit
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP/Oracle)
- Deep understanding of UK GAAP and HMRC regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Experience with multi-currency transactions preferred
