Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions weekly
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly
- Prepare financial statements and balance sheets quarterly
- Manage payroll processing for 15-20 employees
- Assist with tax preparation documentation
- Implement financial controls to prevent fraud
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of GAAP principles
- Ability to meet strict weekly deadlines
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
