Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll records
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Process payroll with timely bi-weekly submissions
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Implement financial controls and process improvements
- Support audits and financial analysis requests
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and MS Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet strict weekly deadlines
- Professional certification (e.g., CB, AIPB) a plus
