Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and budgets.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Conduct audits and internal controls to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risk.
- Process payroll support and tax document preparation (W-2s/1099s).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in general accounting or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
