- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable with weekly pay cycles
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare monthly financial reports and tax documentation
- Manage payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Support audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with CPAs on quarterly financial reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks Pro certification required
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with multi-entity accounting
