- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service by resolving account inquiries and recommending financial products
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to maintain audit compliance
- Uphold strict security protocols for cash handling and confidential customer information
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve cross-selling and referral targets
- Utilize digital banking tools to educate customers on self-service options
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
