Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with attention to detail
- Assist in general ledger maintenance and reconciliation processes
- Support audit preparation and documentation requirements
- Contribute to budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Process accounts payable/receivable with precision
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite) for data management
- Adhere to GAAP standards and compliance regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail with high accuracy standards
- QuickBooks or ERP software experience preferred
- PA CPA exam eligibility or progress toward certification
