Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly reconciliations
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax compliance for night shift operations
- Generate financial reports including P&L statements and balance sheets
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and analysis
- Support month-end closing procedures with strict deadline adherence
- Collaborate with auditors and prepare supporting documentation
- Implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
