Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and financial concerns
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs and business targets
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations, security protocols, and anti-fraud measures
- Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile transactions with precision

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
