Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision.
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports for review.
- Assist with monthly payroll processing to ensure timely weekly disbursement.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal and state tax regulations in Florida.
- Process expense reports and invoices efficiently while maintaining audit trails.
- Collaborate with the team to improve internal financial processes and controls.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience required.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet weekly deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
