Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Process payroll and ensure tax compliance
- Conduct bank reconciliations and audits
- Maintain fixed asset records
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Optimize accounting systems for efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
- QuickBooks/ERP proficiency required
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
