Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy across all financial transactions
- Prepare and analyze month-end financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Process and review accounts payable/receivable during night shift operations
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks for SOX adherence
- Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis for multiple departments
- Collaborate with international teams during overlapping business hours
- Implement process improvements for night shift accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 3+ years of experience
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA designation
- Proven experience working night shift or rotating schedules
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (including VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multinational accounting systems preferred
