Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 20+ high-net-worth client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare month-end closing reports with variance analysis and reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes with automated workflow implementation
- Collaborate with tax specialists to ensure compliance with Washington state financial regulations
- Develop customized financial dashboards using Power BI for executive decision-making
- Lead quarterly audits with external firms and implement corrective actions
- Mentor junior bookkeepers on GAAP standards and accounting best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Advanced certification (CPA/CMA) or equivalent professional designation
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Proven track record of managing multi-entity accounting systems
- Strong knowledge of Washington state sales tax and payroll regulations
- Proficiency in financial modeling and variance analysis techniques
- Exceptional attention to detail with 100% reconciliation accuracy record
