Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and balance sheets
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and financial regulations
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Monitor financial data for accuracy and anomalies
- Collaborate with team members on financial reporting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with weekend or shift-based work schedules
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
