Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure financial statements are accurate.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Assist with tax preparation, compliance, and internal audits.
- Perform bank reconciliations and expense analysis.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve budgeting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
