- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including AP/AR, payroll reconciliation, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee tax preparation and filing for corporate clients
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks systems for operational efficiency
- Conduct financial audits and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Maintain compliance with SEC and Massachusetts state regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a public or corporate setting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Deep understanding of GAAP and Massachusetts tax regulations
