Responsibilities
- Execute month-end and year-end closing procedures with precision.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax schedules.
- Process and review accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Perform general ledger maintenance and audit support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in general accounting or a similar role.
- CPA or CMA certification is a plus but not required.
- Mandatory Requirement: Availability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero).
