Responsibilities
- Process weekend accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Reconcile financial statements and balance sheets weekly
- Prepare month-end closing reports for executive review
- Manage payroll processing for weekend staff
- Assist in audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Analyze financial data trends and variance reports
- Collaborate with remote team using cloud-based accounting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP
- Strong GAAP and tax compliance knowledge
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-5pm)
- Advanced Excel skills and data visualization expertise
- Remote work experience with proven self-discipline
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
