Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure accurate cash flow tracking
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews for regulatory adherence
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for 100+ employees
- Develop financial forecasting models and variance analysis reports
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual financial reviews
- Maintain digital accounting systems (QuickBooks Enterprise, SAP)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Proficiency in GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- QuickBooks Enterprise and SAP implementation experience
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder reporting
