Responsibilities
- Execute weekend accounts payable/receivable processing with 99.8% accuracy
- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconciliations on Saturdays
- Manage payroll processing for weekend staff using ADP and QuickBooks
- Analyze financial data and generate weekend performance reports
- Coordinate with weekday team for handover of critical financial documents
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations during weekend operations
- Respond to urgent financial inquiries from vendors and clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift preference
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Excel (advanced functions), and ADP
- CPA certification or actively pursuing preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance mindset
- Strong communication skills for cross-team coordination
- Ability to work independently during non-business hours
- Knowledge of Tennessee state tax regulations
