Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing procedures and reconciliation activities
- Process payroll and ensure accurate tax filings
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and vendor management
- Implement internal controls and audit preparation
- Utilize QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Weekend shift availability (Sat-Sun)
