Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for diverse client portfolios including AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end closings
- Process high-volume transactions with 99.9% accuracy in real-time financial systems
- Generate executive financial reports and KPI dashboards for C-suite stakeholders
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with tax and audit teams during quarterly reviews
- Mentor junior accounting staff on advanced reconciliation techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping with Big 4 or mid-sized firm exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, and Excel with macros
- Demonstrated expertise in multi-state tax compliance and GAAP standards
- Night shift availability with proven track record of remote collaboration
- Professional certification (CPA/CMA) or actively pursuing designation
