Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices with 99.9% accuracy and timely payment
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Optimize payment cycles using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contract terms
- Support month-end closing and audit requirements
- Implement process improvements for AP efficiency
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable management
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/PivotTables
- AP/AR reconciliation and payment processing expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification (CAPP, APFC) preferred
