Responsibilities
- Execute weekend accounts payable/receivable processing and reconciliation
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Manage weekend payroll processing and tax filings
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audit support
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Provide weekend financial reporting support to department heads
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-5pm)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- CPA certification or progress toward preferred
