Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile financial transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and maintain accurate general ledgers
- Assist in quarterly tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Conduct internal audits to ensure financial controls and regulatory adherence
- Collaborate with senior accountants to optimize financial reporting processes
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced weekend environment
- Relevant CPA certification or actively pursuing certification preferred
