Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Process payroll and expense reports accurately
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Manage accounts receivable/payable and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Assist with audits and financial analysis projects
- Maintain organized financial records in ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- CPA or pursuing CPA certification a plus
- Experience with multi-currency transactions beneficial
