Responsibilities
- Process weekend payroll with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Reconcile accounts payable/receivable and bank statements
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain digital filing systems with audit-ready documentation
- Collaborate with weekday team on cross-departmental projects
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-location financial systems
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun 8AM-4PM)
