Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, payment authorization, and reconciliation
- Optimize vendor payment terms to maximize cash flow and discounts
- Conduct 3-way matching for high-volume transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor management and payment scheduling
- Support month-end closing procedures with accurate AP reporting
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Lead cross-departmental audits for compliance and accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ERP systems
- Proven track record of process optimization in AP departments
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing vendor relationships and disputes
- SAP or Oracle certification highly desirable
