Responsibilities

  • Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • AP/AR Management: Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions for the weekend period.
  • Reporting: Assist in the preparation of weekly financial reports and variance analysis for management review.
  • General Ledger: Maintain the general ledger and update financial databases with precision.
