Responsibilities
- Perform daily financial record-keeping and reconciliation of bank statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports accurately.
- Assist with month-end close procedures to ensure financial data is up to date.
- Generate and send client invoices and track outstanding payments.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial documents.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or FreshBooks.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
- Basic knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
