- Generate monthly financial reports and statements
- Manage payroll processing for weekend operations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Utilize QuickBooks for daily financial entries
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Support audit preparation and documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Knowledge of Arizona tax regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional certification (e.g., CB) preferred
