Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processing and vendor reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with precision
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and account reconciliations
- Process payroll data and ensure tax compliance
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Implement QuickBooks optimization for weekend workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Pro and Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with GAAP and tax regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting abilities
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 8AM-5PM)
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) preferred
