Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions weekly
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
- Prepare monthly financial reports for leadership review
- Assist with payroll processing and tax documentation
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting ability
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 8am-5pm)
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
- Knowledge of CA sales tax regulations
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
