- Support month-end closing procedures with weekend data entry
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for transaction recording and analysis
- Assist with payroll processing and tax document preparation
- Implement internal controls for weekend financial operations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Florida residency required for weekend shift flexibility
- Experience with multi-currency accounting systems
