Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-week closing procedures and generate accurate financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and petty cash accounts.
- Process and post invoices for Accounts Payable and ensure Accounts Receivable is current.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly payroll documentation.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records and filing systems.
- Assist with month-end close activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including formulas and pivot tables).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role is preferred.
