Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely processing
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records monthly
- Process payroll and maintain employee expense reports
- Generate financial reports including P&L statements and balance sheets
- Maintain accurate QuickBooks data and implement process improvements
- Prepare sales tax filings and ensure compliance with regulations
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication and documentation abilities
