Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with weekend deadlines
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts weekly
- Prepare financial reports for executive review
- Maintain digital filing systems for financial documents
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with remote finance team during weekend shifts
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun, 8am-4pm)
- Strong attention to detail with error prevention focus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
