Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through face-to-face meetings and phone calls.
- Assist clients in identifying their financial goals and creating personalized investment strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to recommend appropriate financial products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and financial regulations to provide accurate advice.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to meet branch sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a "sales" mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by client needs.
- A genuine desire to succeed and grow within the financial services sector.
