Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records
- Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and accounts receivable/payable
- Process payroll and ensure timely vendor payments
- Generate financial reports including balance sheets and income statements
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with precision
- Assist with tax documentation and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a weekend shift
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
