Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust client relationships through personalized financial planning
- Analyze clients' financial situations to create tailored investment strategies
- Present complex financial concepts clearly to diverse client portfolios
- Consistently meet/exceed sales targets for new client acquisition
- Stay current with market trends and regulatory changes affecting finance
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client service delivery
- Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Series 65 and/or Series 7/66 licenses (required)
- 3+ years of financial advisory or sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting revenue targets
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Valid Tennessee state insurance license (or ability to obtain immediately)
