Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings accurately
- Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies within SLA
- Conduct quarterly payroll audits and reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll tasks
- Prepare payroll reports for executive leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification (or equivalent platform)
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and state-specific payroll laws
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Proven ability to handle confidential data with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Experience with multi-state payroll compliance preferred
